Beijing Nankou Railway Transit Machinery Co.Ltd is the R&D base for manufacturing three series production which own the international advanced level including machine gearing system, air supply system and fuel spraying system. At present, those products cover the field of railway transit machinery and oil machinery. The company is located at Changping District of Beijing, under the foot of the Yan Mountain, before the steepy Juyong Shut of the Great Wall. A hundreds years ago, along with China's first state-owned railway which was designed and built by our railway pioneer-Zhan Tianyou, the predecessor of the company --- JingZhang Manufactory was built up in August 1906.
The operating scopes of the company are developing, manufacturing, repairing, sale and after sale service of the production including traction gear used in railway electric traction locomotive, gas engine locomotive, powered car train-set, and city railway locomotive,the injection pump and injector used in gas engine locomotive, fuel pump, engine oil pump, the canine tooth ring,gear axle,crosshead,fluid vat, civil screw compressor,screw rotor,etc. There are more than 1500 workers in the company. The area of the company is 950 thousand square meters. The company passed the ISO9001 quality management system attestation, ISO14001 condition management system attestation, and OHSAS occupation healthy and safety management system attestation. In January 9, 2006, it gained the First Level Safety and Quality Standard Machining Enterprise Certificate issued by State Administration of Work Safety.
The company sticks to innovation of technology and realizes upgrade and regeneration of products. The products in gear drive machinery system has upgraded from normal diesel locomotive and electrical locomotive drive gear to technology indraught locomotive drive gear including high-technology content. And now it has stepped into exploitation period of high-precision gearbox products; The displacements of screw compressors series products have opened out 1.0 cube, 1.6 cubes, 3.8 cubes, 5.6 cubes, 8 cubes, 16 cubes, and 22 cubes. The company has already opened up the main body, the core part of the screw compressor, by itself at the same time; 240-type and 280-type oil pump and oil injector, can keep stable product and high quality. On this basic, the fuel spray system products have stepped into exploitation period of electrical injector system products; diesel locomotive special assistance oil pump and water pump series products have carried out quality ameliorate and run test during a long time. Their security and life-span and other properties have achieved national advance level and owned well performance-price ratio; screw rotor product have exported to American Specialty Company by batch and opened up new type export products depend on its technology force; the large-scale gear ring, its diameter is more than 1.6m, and gear axle, its length is more than 2m have fitted on the oil machinery system. The company has opened up other oil machinery series product, including slop pump crosshead, liquid vat and pulley and pulley axle etc. And now it has opened up oil machinery special gearbox; After successful developing the casting technology of axle box series production used in imported locomotives, the company began to export to international well-known company like Alstom (France)Bombardier(Canada).
Our manufacturing and testing equipments already meet the international advanced level these years, which including the digital control CNN, heat treatment producing line, three-dimensional measuring equipment. The total number of our company’s equipments now reach 1000(90 precision equipments, 70 imported equipments), so we are capable of manufacturing the three series of mechanical products of high-precision and multi-specification. We also have the first- level systems on compressor properties'testing, and fuel testing.
We have a joint-venture with the Sweden SKF company and this company's lorry car bearings always lead the whole field's international development, it holds more than 50% shares in the national market of new-built car bearings. We also cooperated with Germany and established the Knorr-bremes Nankou supply unit (Co.LTD); all its products of screw compressors on international level are used in locomotives. These two companies already became two big strategic supporting points for our company's development.
